Overseas Material Aid is an aid project undertaken by free-aid, interest-free loan, interest-low loan or other special aid funds of our government, including common materials and monomial equipment project. According to "Regulation for the Certificate authentication for execution of Overseas Material Aid" issued by Ministry of Commerce, there are three levels of this certificate: Class-A, B and C. The enterprises with a certificate Class-A are able to undertake all the overseas material aid projects in spite of the project amount; the enterprises with a certificate Class-B can undertake the projects of which the amount is equal to or below 10 million RMB; the enterprises with a certificate Class-C can only undertake the projects equal to or below 3 million RMB. CNEEC submitted the declaration for the Certificate authentication for execution of Overseas Material Aid (Class-A) on April, 2009, on May of the same year, Ministry of Commerce authorized our application, and the certificate code is 50200920003.

The certificate is significant for CNEEC in enlarging our business, widening our overseas aid business, improving our ability to undertake the large project and participating in national overseas material aid business.
