MEKIN Hydropower Plant in Cameroon is in the friendship cooperative framework of China and Cameroon, with concessional loans from Chinese government. The project is located in southern Cameroon, in the homeland of President Biya, including a 12MW hydropower station, about 40 km long transmission lines, substations and ancillary work.

CNEEC undertakes the EPC contracting of the project, as well as the preliminary planning and feasibility study.
