Vitebsk 4×10MW hydropower plant in Belarus, located in Belarus Vitebskaya Obl., is Belarus's largest hydropower project.

The project is mainly developed to generate electricity, as well as shipping. As a run of river power station, the hydropower plant has a total installed capacity of 40MW with four 10MW bulb tubular units, and a rated waterhead of 9.1m.

The project owner is Vitebsk National Unitary Enterprise of Electric Power Industry (Vitebskenergo), and as the EPC contractor, CNEEC undertook the project with the export buyer's credit provided by China Development Bank.
