Approved by State Development and Reform Committee, Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) opened tender for the purchase of international equipment as sampling system of dioxin dust included in the phase 1 project of the supervision center of dioxin. CNEEC won the bid on Jun. 27, 2006.

As the key project of MEP, this project is the demonstration project for the agreement of the Sino-Italian cooperation on environmental protection signed by MEP and Ministry of Environmental Protection of Italy. Most of the equipment are from Italy, USA, Japan, Germany, Switzerland and France, categorized into mort than 20 types, including automatic dioxin sampling instrument in flue, dioxin sampling instrument for ambient air, automatic equipment of sample purification, etc.
